Maximizing the value of Singapore KrisFlyer points

Singapore Airlines is another Star Alliance member which means that they have access to the same award flights as United Airlines. They are also transfer partners with all three of the major points currencies, Chase, Amex, and Citi. This means that they are a pretty easy miles currency to collect. The trick with Singapore miles is usually going to be to redeem for award flights that would cost you less than what United would charge for the same route with their own miles.

Highest Value Uses of Singapore Airlines Krisflyer Miles:

  • Singapore Suites Class

At the beginning of 2019, Singapore Airlines starting flying their new First Class product: Singapore Suites, which in addition to Emirates new First Class has revolutionized the way that we perceive luxury in First Class. These two new products are simply by far and away the most amazing First Class products to ever exist. Unfortunately, award availability is often quite poor on Singapore Suites considering how badly everyone wants to fly the product; but, if you do happen to find availability, using Singapore’s own Krisflyer miles is going to be the best way to book the award.
