These Terms govern your use of the AwardSecrets website, search tools, alerts, and the AwardSecrets API (together, the Service). The Service is operated by MetroSpaces LLC ("AwardSecrets", "we", "us").
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
AwardSecrets is an information service. We report award (points and miles) seat availability observed in airline distribution systems, and provide search, monitoring and alerting tools built on those observations.
We are not a travel agency, a ticket seller, or an agent of any airline or loyalty programme. We do not book, hold, reserve, price, ticket or issue anything. All bookings are made directly with the airline or loyalty programme, on their terms, at their prices.
This section matters more than any other. Please read it.
Always verify with the airline or loyalty programme before making any commitment — booking another flight, buying a fare, transferring points, or making non-refundable plans. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an observation that has since changed.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@awardsecrets.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. One person or entity per account; do not share credentials.

This section applies in addition to the rest of these Terms if you access the AwardSecrets API, including via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface.
API access is by individual issuance only and is currently in limited release. There is no self-serve signup. We issue a key to a named party after review, and we may decline any request without giving reasons.
Each key carries a finite quota of searches and a rate limit. Requests beyond either will be refused. Quota is consumed on request, and refunded where a request fails for reasons on our side. Quota does not expire unless stated at issuance, and is non-refundable in cash.
The API is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis with no service level commitment unless we have agreed one with you in a separate written agreement. We may change, deprecate or withdraw endpoints, fields and response formats. Where a change is breaking and you are an active key holder, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice.
These restrictions apply to all output of the Service, whether obtained through the website, the API, or the MCP interface (the Output).
Subject to these Terms and any quota, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Output internally, and to display it to your own end users within your own product, for the purpose of helping those users find and book award travel.
Our availability observations derive from contracted distribution sources whose own terms restrict onward redistribution. These restrictions are not optional for us and we are required to enforce them. We are happy to discuss a broader licence where your use case needs one — but it must be agreed in writing before you rely on it.
If you display the Output to end users, attribute it to AwardSecrets in a reasonably visible manner, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Consumer features may be offered free or on a paid plan. API access is sold as a finite block of searches. Prices, where published, are indicative until confirmed at issuance and may change for future purchases.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, purchases are non-refundable once a key has been issued and used. If we withdraw the Service or revoke your key other than for breach, we will refund the unused proportion of any prepaid block.
The Service, including its software, interfaces, documentation, route analyses, statistics, methodologies, and the selection, structure and presentation of information, is owned by MetroSpaces LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Our filtering, validation and analysis methods are proprietary and constitute trade secrets. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive them from the Output.
Airline names, flight numbers, programme names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline or loyalty programme.
The Service reports information observed in third-party distribution systems. We do not control that information, cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness, and are not responsible for errors, omissions or interruptions originating from those sources. Links or references to third-party sites are provided for convenience and imply no endorsement.
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that any reported availability exists, remains available, is bookable by you, is bookable at any particular price, or is bookable with any particular loyalty programme.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MetroSpaces LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, POINTS, MILES, GOODWILL, OR TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.
If you use the API or otherwise use the Service in connection with a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetroSpaces LLC and its officers and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms — in particular section 6 — or your infringement of any third party's rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, where required by law or by our own upstream obligations, or where continued access poses a risk to the Service or to others.
Sections 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 15 survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change and, for material changes affecting API key holders, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at the address on file. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
