We search live availability across 55+ airlines, including most major Star Alliance, oneworld and SkyTeam carriers: United, American, Delta, Emirates, Air France, KLM, Turkish Airlines, Qantas, ANA, Lufthansa, Korean Air, Alaska Airlines and many more.

The transferable programmes we support: Amex Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Citi ThankYou, Capital One Miles and Bilt Rewards (just name the card and we search across its transfer partners), plus Marriott Bonvoy transfers in our points prices. We find the lowest-points transfer path among the programmes and cards we support.

Set up a monitor for a specific route, date range, and cabin class. We check your alerts several times a day and email you when verified seats appear, with the programme to book them. Alerts are available to paid subscribers and pause once seats are found so you can book before they disappear.

Award availability is observed: each seat count comes from airline inventory through our GDS connection and carries the time it was checked. Points prices are calculated from each loyalty programme's published award chart or calculator; we never estimate a price for a programme that prices dynamically. Taxes, carrier surcharges and final bookability must be confirmed with the programme before you transfer points.

Each loyalty programme sets its own price for the flights it can book. For more than a dozen programmes that publish award charts (including Aeroplan, AAdvantage, Alaska, ANA, JAL, KrisFlyer, Korean Air SKYPASS, Qantas, Turkish Miles&Smiles, Virgin Atlantic, and the Avios programmes of Iberia, Qatar and British Airways), we price the exact flights we find using each programme's own rules: distance or region, one award or flight by flight, and peak or off-peak dates. Because each programme prices partner flights its own way. Qatar Airways' own programme prices a one-stop journey through Doha as a single award, while Iberia charges each flight separately, so the same seats can cost tens of thousands of points more through one than the other. Comparing them is the point of AwardSecrets.

ANA Mileage Club prices its awards as round trips. Korean Air SKYPASS publishes round-trip prices and charges the same for a one-way award. Our answers and route pages mark both clearly ("round trip", "round trip costs the same") and compare them per direction, so a one-way traveller sees the right cheapest option.

Some programmes add cash fees on top of the points ("carrier-imposed surcharges"), which can run to hundreds of dollars on some airlines. We flag programmes known to add high surcharges. Always check the cash total with the programme before transferring points.

We name them wherever they can book a flight, but we don't show a price: they price awards dynamically, and the price changes with demand. When we say "fewest points on a published chart", a dynamic programme may sometimes be lower, so it's worth a check.

Every answer and route page lists, for each programme, the cards that transfer to it: Amex Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Citi ThankYou, Capital One, Bilt and Marriott (most at 1:1; Marriott at 3:1). Transfers can't be reversed, so confirm the seat with the programme first.

Route pages show seats our scanner verified recently, with how long ago ("seen 2hr ago"). Award seats are released and taken constantly, and popular ones can go within hours. Use "Check a date live" to search that date now, or set an alert and we'll email you when seats reappear.

Every chart is read from the programme's own published chart or calculator, with its date, and our route pages are audited against those charts. Anything we can't currently confirm is marked "pending re-verification".
